SATURDAY 3rd March. 2.30- 4.00PM
After last year’s successful event, Haringey Families have teamed up with Nutrition Concerns again for an afternoon cooking workshop to inspire you and your children to get cooking together.

We will be making 3 seasonal recipes which have been specially chosen and adapted to enable your children to get as involved in the cooking process as possible. At the end of the session we will try the food we have made together and any leftover you can take home.

Nutrition Concerns core aims are to help families understand and implement a healthier approach to diet, to enable and encourage children to get involved with food and start to learn basic cooking skills, and to encourage the sharing of food in a social and fun atmosphere.

Please join us for an afternoon of fun and leaning and sharing delicious food together.
